ARE THERE ANY COSTS FOR US AS AN ESTABLISHMENT IF WE INVITE YOU FOR A REVIEW ARTICLE?

The short answer is NO.  The only costs you will have will be to host us, other than that we do not charge for the feature and articles.

HOW LONG DO YOU USUALLY STAY AT AN ESTABLISHMENT?

This really all depends on the size of the establishment and what is included in our stay.  It is usually a two-night stay.

WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY?

This depends from establishment to establishment.  If you want us to focus on something specific in the article, we suggest that we experience it. Most establishments include breakfast, lunch, and dinners.   If you don’t want to, that’s in order, just advise us so that we can make dinner reservations for ourselves.  Want us to focus on your amazing spa, send us to the spa to experience it.  There’s no fixed rule here.  We write about what we experienced during our stay.

WHAT COVERAGE WILL OUR ESTABLISHMENT GET?

We will write an article that will be published on Mooi Troues. Your establishment will also receive social media coverage on Instagram Stories during our stay.  Once the articles are live you will receive another round of social media coverage on all our platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, and Pinterest.

WILL I RECEIVE A COPY OF THE IMAGES.

Yes.  The images are owned by by the Photographer. We have an arrangement with Vorsprung Studio and they are able to share the images with you.  You just need to accept their usage agreement.  Click here to read their usage agreements terms and conditions.

EXCLUSIONS:

Travelling is included within the Western-Cape, any traveling outside of the Western-Cape will have to be paid for by the establishment that invites us.
If you have very specific posting guidelines outside of our normal coverage on our websites and social media, then there might be charges.  This will be discussed before the time.
