Below are the terms and conditions accepted when making a Premium Credit booking.

• Premium Credits are subject to availability.
• Mooi Troues has the right to decline any premium credit booking.
• All write-ups supplied to Mooi Troues must be in written in Afrikaans. If the advertiser does not supply the write-up in Afrikaans, Mooi Troues cannot be held liable for any write-up information that got lost in translation. No changes can be made after the article has been published.
• The advertiser will not be able to see a copy of the Afrikaans write-up before the article is published.
• I confirm that I am authorized to make this booking.
• I understand that I will be liable to pay for the booked advertising space once I confirm this booking.
• Mooi Troues Standard Advertising Terms and Conditions apply.
• Payment has to be made before premium credit booking will be confirmed.
• If payment is not received within 12 hours after the premium credit booking payment instructions has been sent, your premium credit booking will automatically expire.
• Premium Credits are non-refundable once booked and paid.
• In the event where your Premium Credit booking has been declined or there’s no more availibility, we will refund you for this specific booking.
• We cannot gaurantee that there will be a reference image in the article showcasing your sepcific product or service.

Does this mean every wedding vendor have to pay to be credited? 

No. The Premium Credits is an additional advertising option we offer wedding vendors that want a bit more exposure than just the standard credit. We credit each and every wedding vendor supplied to us by the couple with our standard credit. How many Premium Credits are there available per article published?

We have a limited amount of premium credits available per article that get published.

How do I book my Premium Credit?

Click here to book. Once you completed the online booking form, our team will go through all the details you supplied to us.

If your Premium Credit booking is approved you will receive a reply on that e-mail with the payment instructions.  Please make sure you keep an eye on your inbox as you have 12 hours to pay your Premium Credit booking after receiving the payment instructions.

Can I decide what will be written about my business in the article?

Unfortunetly not.  You can however in the booking form explain what services or products you delivered.  This will help our editorial team to better credit you in the introduction of the article.

Can I cancel my Premium Credit? 

Yes, but take note it is non-refundable.

I am already advertising with Mooi Troues, can I also book a Premium Credit?

All advertisers, excluding Standard Directory and once-off advertising options automatically receive a visible mention which will be hyperlinked to their Directory listing in the introduction of articles they were part of.
The Premium Credit option is only available to non-advertisers of Mooi Troues.

What happens if I don’t book the Premium Credit option?

You will still receive the standard credit as usual for the service or product your business delivered as supplied by the couple.

I am the Photographer, how will I be credited?

If there is a Premium Credit booked for the specific article by any other wedding vendor where your work is published, as the photographer you will automatically receice a visible mention in the introduction of the specific article linking directly to your e-mail address we have on record for your photography business.   If you wish to have a paragraph written about your business as well as specify how we should hyperlink your photography business in the article, we would suggest that you complete the normal booking form below and pay the fee for the Premium Credit option. 

Take note:  We will only give the photographer a visible mention in the introduction of the article if there is a Premium Credit booking made by another wedding vendor for the specific article, if none of the wedding vendors booked a Premium Credit option, you will be listed as normal under the credit list below the article.
