At Mooi Troues we deal with a lot of press, media, and Public Relations agencies. One thing I noticed over the years is that companies, small or big don't put any effort into creating a proper PR kit for their business. 

Putting together a PR Kit for your business will save you a lot of time and effort when getting your business signed up for any future advertising, press releases or communicating your business to the media in general. 

This is a topic I can discuss with you for days to come, but let me give you a little breakdown of what I feel should be in your PR Kit. 

• Your business logo - in different file formats.
• Write-up of your business - maximum 500 words - also have the option to translate this into any language on request.
• A document with all your social media details.
• A document with all your contact details and website link.
• High-Resolution Images of your business services or products including the photographer's credit details. Make sure you used the best possible images you have on file.
• Brand Identity Kit - including the RGB and CMYK colour profiles of your business branding, your business branding fonts and installable font profiles. 
• A media contact person details who the publisher can get in touch with in case they require any additional information or have any questions.

Upload the above files onto Google Drive and have them available at any given time.

Let your current or potential clients see you your work was featured on Mooi Troues before or that you advertise with a reputable and award-winning wedding directory in South-Africa, loved by brides from all over the world. Get one of our badges for your website and share the love for Mooi Troues!

First impressions are everything! That moment your advertisement goes live on Mooi Troues, eyes are on it. Brides-to-be browse our directory and decide based on what they see on your advertisement if they would like to exit and have a look at your website.

Keep your listing or banners up to date with your latest work. This way our readers see your updated work and not outdated work you might have forgotten about.  Remember to update your logo's if it changes or images if you had a stunning wedding and want to showcase it to potential clients.

There is no charge for updates to your advertisement. Please allow 5-7 business days for updates to reflect. Send an e-mail to adverteer@mooitroues.co.za to request our advertising specifications to update your advertisement.
