We would love to showcase the most of your wedding venue. 

Accommodation is a selling point for couples, especially if you have some accommodation options on the premises of your wedding venue or even just a bridal suite or honeymoon suite.

1) Images:  Between 3 and 10 images of your accommodation options.  Try and send the best possible quality images. Send it via WeTransfer, Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive to adverteer@mooitroues.co.za.

2) Write-up:  A 50 word write-up about your accommodation in Afrikaans please.  Do not send us PR Written Press Releases, we only want 50 words in Afrikaans.  Send your write-up to adverteer@mooitroues.co.za.

What to include in your write-up:

• How many accommodation options do you have?
• Describe your accommodation options. (example: tents, wooden cabins etc.)
• Is in self-catering or serviced?
• How many guests can you accommodate?
• Is the accommodation exclusively for wedding guests or can anyone book the accommodation?
• Is the accommodation compulsory to book when booking the wedding venue or is the accommodation optional?

Our accommodation is under a different company name, can I still send it?

No.  We will add the accommodation images into your current advertisement, so if the accommodation is a seperate business, unfortunetly we will not use the images.

Should it be professional images?

We prefer images taken by a professional photographer, but we understand not everyone has access to a professional photographer.  Send us what you have and we will see what we can use. 

What images should I send?

Send us any accommodation images you have.  We prefer professional images of the exterior and interior of your accommodation.

How many images should I send?

Between 3 and 10 images.

Should I send a write-up about the accommodation?

We would love for you to send us a little write-up about your accommodation, so that we can add this into your current advertisement.  Send us a maximum 50 word write-up of your accommodation offerings. 

How do I send my images to Mooi Troues?

Send your images via WeTransfer to adverteer@mooitroues.co.za or if you have images on Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive, send us the download link.
